8 STEPS TO YOUR BRAND NEW GREYSTONE COUNTRY HOME

1. VISIT OUR MODEL HOME AND CHOOSE A HOME DESIGN

Our fully furnished Wilmington model home is located in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Additionally and we have a Juliet model in St.Leon,. Keep in mind that any of our floor plans can be customized to meet your needs. All of our floor plans are available at www.greystonecountryhomes.com.

2. ITEMIZE THE PRICE OF YOUR HOME

Our New Home Sales Consultants can itemize all of the options and upgrades that you choose for your home. We want you to be aware of all the costs up front.

3. COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK

You will meet with our New Home Sales Consultant to sign your contract. They will be ready to answer any questions you may have and help guide you through the building process.

4. APPLY FOR A LOAN

We are pleased to offer you several different lenders to choose from that we have worked with before or you can bring your own lender.

5. SELECT YOUR COLORS

You will meet with your Selections Coordinator to choose the perfect color combinations for your home.

6. LOT WALK AND PRE CONSTRUCTION MEETING

At the Lot Walk you will meet your Construction Supervisor at your property to discuss any issues with your lot and to determine the best spot to place your home. At the Pre Construction meeting we will review all the details of your home and make any final changes that you request. The Pre Construction meeting will be held at our corporate office in Montgomery.

7. CONSTRUCTION

During construction of your new home you will be assigned a Construction Supervisor to ensure that the entire process is running smoothly. You may call him if you have any question or concerns.

8. MOVING DAY

This is an exciting day! Your home is complete and ready to move in to. Take a deep breath, smile, and rest assured that you’ve made a wise decision with Greystone Country Homes.
