Our Northside home built at Rockford Woods has a grand entrance that adds drama as you enter the home. We used an Advantech subflooring system along with exterior sheathing of zip wall. Cellulose spray insulation and Low-E windows. Low-E windows greatly increase a home's thermal efficiency while reducing energy cost. The exterioir is fiber cement board from Certain Tweed that was covered with Sherwin Williams Duration paint.
